They made sure that their board of directors and biosciences team are highly-accomplished, they also have the adequate depth and breadth required to pursue our strategiv vision.

Leadership that lost 99% of it's share value but the "leadership" seemed to do alright with all that money they took from the company...you know for all the great work they've done.
