However The company still has alot of work to do

But I remain hopeful this is just the beginning

Novel drugs are often innovative products that serve previously unmet medical needs or otherwise significantly help to advance patient care and public health. NMEs have chemical structures that have never been approved before.

In others words they don't know if it will be successful but are willing to leverage their risk via dilution to find out at shareholders expense as they have done in the past. Would have been a show of good faith to shareholders had they used cash on hand in place of further dilution to shareholders imo
