Why was lucid acquired with stock versus cash

here is my opinion on the matter , let's keep it civil this week , no basher or pumper nonsense

Tim Arslan I think they used shares because value wise was above $2.50, which is substantially above market price so better value to everyone ,if the share price was higher then you would use cash not shares to do acquisition … whatever the best deal is for that target I think is what the company did to acquire it

Also the share price sucking right now is what FSD is working on right now , they have a lot of skin in the game  and would want to see it go up as much as we do

Sure insiders have made a purchase here and there, however the majority of their so called "skin" in the game has come by way of the free options that they continually grant themselves. Do I doubt cannabis and it's potential for medicines, no. Do I doubt PEA and it's potential uses, no. Do I doubt psychedelics and their potential uses in future medicines/treatments, no. Do I have doubts that a gambling banker and a pumping DJ have shareholders best interest at heart, yep.

Agreed, we should have better conversations around FSD pharma. Many of us want FSD to get better results, we have our money there. The psychedelics may seem like the perfect market, but is this the perfect time? I hope FSD strategy is what that everyone is waiting.
