And 12 more cents usd untill trading under a dollar. What are the requirements to stay listed on the Nasdaq? Why don't you refresh shareholders memories as to the consequence of not meeting these requirements and what will happen should they not be met.

And Rosenberg says that facts and past performance don't matter. New all time low again today. Darn rights the past matters. Same promotional stuff going on for this for the 3rd straight time. Since Lucid, the price has plummeted. Why Lucid? Been around for a decade
