In the case of FSD and PUMP David, I don't think insiders are misreading anything, they know exactly what they are doing just as they knew exactly what they were doing when paying for and posting the Wazniak mention from Cameo.

I see this as yet another ploy in the desperate attempt to gain attention from the market in the attempts to shore up sp to avoid delisting from the Nasdaq.
