Why do you fight so hard for authoritarianism David? Do you not realize that you have and continue to fight for authoritarianism, interests of the BOD, and not the common shareholders such as yourself? Do you enjoy continually placing hard earned $ into a company that you have no say in it's direction?

Who's responsible for maintaining the current dual class share structure? Does this structure favor management or shareholders and why?
