Million loan.
FSD give the rights to the new spinoff along with a million dollars so the new company so they will take the fall if it goes south. More than likely Harrington and friends will tell gbb they will undercut them if they put a product out. Gbb may hook up with celsius if that happens

With the overhanging lawsuits FSD pharma is potentially a bankrupt company. Have to be nuts to do anything but trade this junk at this point imo
