Why would they make a offer? Why not just use IAI and take a percentage of the profit? No money out of there co. and IAI putting money in theirs..GLTO

Indeed Its unlikeky that an equipment company would take over a software company , but my concern is IAI market cap is so cheap that it could interest bigger player.
