This pullback is a great time to add.

I think most of the selling is people hoping to get in on the next raise.

Im not sure it will be a straight equity raise... Likely debentures + warrants... Similar to the last round...

I hate to see raises at this level because its so cheap. At $10 doing a raise would be so much less dilutive...

Other states are now starting chatter about moving forward with partial or full legization (George, New Jersey, Michigan, etc).

It puts Hadley in a tough place, because he will need more cash to go build this footprint, but the stock is so cheap here it sucks to raise.

Either way, it will be clear in December who has the largest footprint and Im betting on IAN..
