As for Jeff Kopman, as you will see below even though the Trainwrecked trolls will say "OMGGGGG look at all the Sassy Sellllllling by J. Kopes" he still owns over $16 MILLION SHARES BABY!!

Since Jan 2nd:

Gerald Morris Feldman:

Excersized 900,000 shares options at 10c and sold them at 33c 6 days later for a 23c profit.

At this point he is still holding all of his initial insider holdings.

Until the 18th when he sells a measly 271,000 @ 75.7c


According to all the Data I just posted:

Sheldon Inwentash (the guy running the show) has accumulated:

3 Million Shares (has not sold a single one) + his recent Purchase of 600,000 @ 31c as shown below

1.25 Million Warrants and

1.5 Million Options.


Mukesh Singh has:

6 Million Shares (Has not sold a single one) and

3 Million Warrants


Jeff Kopman (who’s transactions also show up as 1313366 Ontario Inc.) They are the same transaction not double transactions, so when you see twice as much RED on the list realise that it is for that reason ONLY:

$2,250,000 was spent on purchasing shares Privately in the 10-15c range = Approx. 18 Million Shares. He through his company has sold off 3.1 Million shares since then at prices such as 6c, 17c, 24c, 50c, 37c, 70c, 79c etc in small amounts to obviously cover his cost basis.

3,250,000 Million Warrants Half of which he recently excersized (1.7 Million). He then sold 550,000 shares. That leaves him with 1.5 Million Warrants remaining and 1.2 Million additional shares since his recent excersize.

So his new totals according to the available data are:

18M - 3.1M + 1.2M = 16.1 MILLION SHARES!!! And

1.5 Million Warrants.
