RE:RE:RE:RE:Teams upThe bigger question is why did the CEO dump 25% of his shares days before the SX deal is supposed to close? Is he selling IDK shares to buy SX shares or is it for some other reason? Apparently He would not discuss the sale when questioned at the AGM which is incredibly arrogant to his shareholders in my opinion. When I see the CEO of any company selling 25% of his shares this is a MASSIVE RED FLAG for me.

I suspect the sale has to do with his participation in SX, however I admit this is just speculation on my part. Until the Sheldon comes out and publicaly states his reason for selling such a massive stake in his own company people are going to continue to spectulate and question the credibility of this individual, and likely stay away from owning the stock.
