RE:RE:RE:IM Cannabis to Launch WAGNERS Brand in Germany
MYM really doesnt exist anymore. IMCC owns all facilities. Highland is the brand and is positioned in the ultra premium segment. The MYM/Highland buildings were never GMP certified. The JWC stuff is along with the other small craft partners used to fulfil contracts. Old MYM plans could expand out to 55k sq ft. JWC has almost 100k I think. Will be up to them to take Highland genetics and grow it in the larger facility. No concerns as Wagners is very good to satisfy the current German market. All these things cost money and we have less than $15 million left. So even though the acquisitions are great do not be surprised by another raise. Question is at what price, but I think $6-7 for maybe 3-4 million shares is in the cards sometime in the next 12 months.
