I guess E-Wave and their other business ventures are not as succesful as they claim?

Why else would this guy be selling these tiny amounts just before an uplisting? Maybe he doesn't see much potential above the current price? 
This brings doubt on anything they say.

IR not getting back to me either. 

Not willing to add under these circumstances. 
May need to dump it if enough volume is on the Nasdaq next week and while I'm still green.

Insiders see for many different reasons, perhaps because a short while ago this stock went up four times its value with the past few months and that's with little to no PR. As soon as it gets uplisted to the NASDAQ, just watch for the PR to follow.

I know that what's good for the goose is good for the gander so why wouldn't we all sell now too? If Gabay is so desparate for a measly $100k, why can't he borrow if he has any neans to?  He can pay it back in a couple weeks/months when we're uplisted and appreciating in price. That's IF he has no other options.  EWave must not be doing well, so do they actually

Now we know.....from today's news: "In conjunction with these appointments, Rafael Gabay and Steven Mintz have concurrently resigned from the Board." The question remains, how long will he be selling on the open market?  Also, the new board members will need some shares/options too.  Uplisting seems imminent.

There we go as you said, Gabay was selling because he was resigning :) I have a lot of confidence in this company and knew there had to some logical reason for selling and not out of fear of future performance. We can breath now lol. Just a few more steps and it's on the NASDAQ and legal rec use is on the horizon in Israel in under six months! Not to mention they are well vaccinated against
