Dilution

IMO, I don't think that  the share price has finished dropping.. While Mr.  Market hasn't looked favourably at all cannabis stock for some time already there are other reasons for the IMCC dropping share price. Another reason might be that the 3rd of five of five installments of Consideration Shares just took place on Oct. 15 and there are still 2 more installments to be made by IMCC. The total of the 5 installments amount to $4.3 million dollars worth of shares being issued which has to cause a dillution of share price. I'm not certain but the $4.3 million is likely in US dollars. Its got to be harder for the share price to rise as these new shares are still being issued. This could take a long, long time to get back into the $5 range again.

$4.7 million on a market cap of $200 million is negligible considering Panaxia will likely do double the revenue they paid for it. As of the most recent statement the total shareholder equity was listed at $200 million. This is trading a pretty much book value. Next quarter we'll see how much of the accounts receivable they've collected coupled with probably $10 million attributable to ...more

I share your pessimism.  That said, a healthy jump in revenues and positive ETIBA for the last Q would do wonders for Mr. Market's attitude.
