Imagin Medical Inc. Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

My opinion: They slouched and delayed and had absolutely no sence of urgency their way into this position and I expect them to go bankrupt and the assets to go to the creditors who loaned them money...who happen to be in charge!  The ship got steered into the rocks by the people who will get the assets of the company in return for loaning them money.  It would take a lot to convice me this is all on the up and up.  Of course it would likely be impossible to prove anything.
