I would agree. Everything has been done in a certain order on purpose. Not to manipulate the share holders but to secure the financing that is needed to fund all of the amazeing projects coming up. Most likely the PP was mostly pre arranged before the announcement. Once they annouce the closing of the placement we will start heading up again.
