RE:US market They are 2 seperate markets...but international prices converge, so if the OTX closes higher, then people buying on the CSE will also bid this higher on opening to match the US price. Arbitrage is a leveler here. In other words, buying low on one exchange to sell higher on another will occur if there is a sufficient price differential to enable that....and will happen until the prices converge.
The other exchange to follow is the DAX. It too has run up today ...much like the US OTC
