To merge the 2 companies together given that we have double the outstanding shares, it would require that our sp doubles that of LQID, then merge to have a fully integrated company. Right now we are a company of patents, seems like no goal, no solid customer contract, let alone recurring or renewal, we had alot of best of the business failures, they are mentioned to be the top salespeople in the industry and in time they just disappear!!!
This leader does not know how to select winners. APS is very lucky to have SI and Lucatch on his side.
