Sadly pulled the plug on this pig today
Decided after being a longtime investor and going through the ups and downs to save some skin and unload this pig today. Why?
1) AGM cancelled and no justification as to why. Guess APS isn't in the mood to answer tough questions from shareholders.
2) Call them - Ever get an answer? I haven't in over a year. Automated message stills states the compamny is called Impagination Park.
3) Head Office is their Accountants Office. Ok for an LTD company but not for a publicly traded one. Hence there is no Head Office.
4) Website - still shows their gimick advertisement along Santa Monica Blvd. Its not even the business they are supposedly going after.
5) CEO holds no shares and sells at every pump the options he just exercised as he lines up the NRs to achieve this goal in coordination with SI. CEO has 0 skin in the game
6) SI - Director just bought 2 months ago and sold at a 40% loss. seems there is likely some bad blood now between him and SI (maybe explains cancelling the AGM).
7) Revenue - expected Rev from contracts stated in NRs and actual figures doesn't line up. No explanation why.
8) Spends more time pumping on BigBiz with pre-written questions by him so that the interviewer sets him up to pump - will not answer hard questions.
9) hands out shares like candy for those to cover him (ex. HypeSI). He is paying to play and making it seem like they want Imagine AR in the mix...it doesn't seem real anymore.
10) Makes an enormous salary for delivering very little. Cash burn rate is a lot for a company that can't execute.
11) BCSC investigation into shady promotional practices is still ongoing - I suspect there is more there thann they discuss publicly.
12) Financing to me is imminent as APS will want more cash to secure his salary until this goes belly-up - or priming it for a take over for a 3-5 cents with a nice golden parachute for him only.
Thats my partial list. Please do your own DD and make wise investment decisions. Ip is not an investment, it is soeculative at best and likely will turn out to be deemed a fraud scheme. if a class action come of it I will participate 100%.
I am a record date holder of over 200,000 shares and will be voting once we get our proxies from Computershare to oust APS and not approve the stock option plan. I wouldn't be suprised if he is travelling to a company with no extradition laws right now with as much cash as he could extort from ImagineAR.

Too many good reasons to ignore, I just took a $2K loss, sold 100K. I will reevaluate in the pm.

SI is also his BTC (directly dependent on Bitcoin and eutherium) and I suspect that he's continuing to sell EPY. Of course he files one week late. :) Of course he knows first hand from the Market makers what is coming. The FED will raise rates, which might start a recession?? I'm just speculating, but what can be verified is the fact that he seems to be leaving the stock markets.
