BlackHawk @BlackHawk I'm going to throw my hat into the ring on this discussion of dividends. I think each of us has what you would describe as your " Perfect World " scenario. Okay in my perfect world scenario here is how I see things, now remember this is just day dreaming.
We all know that the Juniors are simply explorers for the most part and their whole intent is to discover a deposit, get a resource number on it and sell if off to a major. The reason they do this off course is because they don't have the skill sets to actually build and run a mill.
Now comes the interesting part $IRV is not going to have to build a mill, they will just put everything on a boat and ship it to the smelter.
Okay here is the next part $IRV, NEM and Sumitomo obviously have plans with this Alliance to explore Japan, because it really is undiscovered in so many aspects because nothing there has happened since World War 2.
So keep that in mind, they are not just going after the Omu project. They have the other projects listed on their website and now they have the new Yamango / Hishakari project and then lets now throw in my favorite part --- The Alliance.
Are you starting to get the big picture yet.
This thing has blossomed from a simple Omu Project into this Alliance spreading throughout Japan discovering all kinds of deposits, deposits that don't require a mill. So why in the heck would $IRV need to sell itself off, they aren't going to be building a mill and they can keep on doing what they do best and that is discovering with NEM and Sumi.
This could become very large, this could be a company that continues to build and grow and yes pay dividends. That is what I see in my Perfect World scenario for $IRV, a company that doesn't just get sold out but in an Alliance just keeps getting bigger and bigger and pays dividends.
So those of you who are in it for a quick flip, okay have your fun but as I've said before I'm in this for the long haul because I think this could grow into something much bigger than what most people expect. This all might be a pipe dream on my part but I can definitely see the possibility of my Perfect World actually happening.
