Thinking about buying here but I have a few questions I'm not bashing the low market cap looks good. I've read through Lotus NR and see where they state that they have begun construction last a July I think it was, but no up dates since on construction photos etc. Lot of update on securing financing etc, but all I see of them so far is only a 3 year lease on a property that they do not have to renew. I had been invested in PUF made some money there but they were bashed continually over lack of security cameras I took my profits after their last bump and moved on. Also there seems to be a steady trail of insider selling, mostly small amounts but it doesn't lend to insider confidence in their company. I know I will be called basher but I am looking for another play to go into. If anyone has any updates on their construction and if they have firmed up purchase of their site. I am looking to invest here. Cheers
