Lotus is not your typical producer, for one, and we have the capital for planned expansion, have one downstream deal in place, with more on the way. Either way even if we were 22K sq ft. the licence is worth 21 million, period as that's the cost to get one at all. 500,000 sq ft expansion capacity, 5 year target 70,000 kg, purpose built 5 harvests per year compared to 2 to 3 in greenhouse, no gamma radiation, lowest costs in industry, just go fing read the deck before you post stupid sh!t.
