RE:Goldminer...I respect your opinionI think the best action would be to wait 6 months to get a better idea of cashflow and to see what is happening with the price/gram of their product before even thinking of the expansion.  Interest rates are low and if they can get a traditional credit facility through a bank then that is by far a better option then issueing more shares, unless the share price jumps up to the $0.40-0.50 range.  At that point a share issue could be a good option.
