RE:Q2 Financials

RE:Q2 Financials
fumbles wrote: From the Q1 financials and the March 3 press release we can get a pretty good idea of what Q2 will look like.  On March 3 they said they had sold or committed sales of 489,000 grams.  The committed sales part is the biggest unknow.  I am going to assume 15% is committed sales with 85% of that already sold or 415,000 grams.  XLY gets to buy 50% at $2.50.  That is $518,750.  The other 50% is likely sold between $4-5/gram.  I will estimate $4.25, that gives us $881,875 for total revenue of $1.4million.  Expenses were less the $500,000 last quarter, but even at that level that gives $900,000 in profit, slightly better then $0.01 EPS.  ON an annual basis that would be $0.04 EPS with room for additional growth as this was the first quarter and they were not fully producing yet.  But even at that with a very low 10x EPS value this stoock should see $0.40.

I think I may have under estimated the price Lotus would get for the remaining 50% of product.  Aphria said thier average selling price was $5.47/gram.  Lotus should be able to beat that number give the high grade product line.

But also something I did not really consider.  I am pretty sure XLY bought the full 50% at $2.50/gram, but they probable have not sold the entire amount of the remaining 50%.  I am sure they will be moving forward but for this quarter the overall average per gram may be lower then it would moving forward because of that.
