Yes it sure appears that way.  I really wish there was more support to get rid of Dale and Carl. they both have no idea of what there doing.  there is so many reasons to get rid of them in my opinion.

I think as a grower, Carl has some value. I am not sure what is going on regarding his compensation. If Carl flexed, I think Dale would be gone, clearly, he adds little, and costs a lot.

I have no comments on management performance but the assertion that the sellers won certainly is true.  Purely based on my memory, the stock seems to suffer most during long periods of no or little news. I guess we'll see where leadership chooses to take the company in the coming year and how they communicate that back to shareholders. The volume levels are still so low that it doesn

Management has damaged their credibility via their compensation, high bonuses and hair brained expansion plans. No matter how solid the building might be, it is going to wear out. In the meantime, we have no earnings. Prices they get get stink as much as the weed they grow.
