New Director Kwong doesn't have an " ounce " of mining exploration experience.

This Company also doesn't have a dime in it's pocket .

$ 4 Million dollar Consultant fee retrieval was never happening ( 3rd Company name in a year ) re : Bridgemark scandal.

Change of direction is what's going to happen here and obviously drug related ; could be interesting for a quick flip.

$0.05 financing, 20 M shares to be issued (plus 20 M warrants), already over $40 M and they just consolidated this and changed name. And to think BAM BAM, sounds too much like they flintstones cartons back in the 60's...
