Proprietary blockchain technology/software with a world class team.
ChargaCard - John Eagleton and Maria Eagleton owners
Westbay - John Eagleton owner
Digging into the merger between ChargaCard and Westbay to create "Cryptonite" which is now called Intellabridge Technology I've realized there's basically no shares on the open market. Or any shares that will be sold at these levels creating huge upside potential. This is a blockchain play in two of the hottest sectors on the markets right now. Clean energy and DeFi Exchanges/technology.
All shares found through SEDAR documents:
4.8million shares in offshore accounts priced at .30c
39 Million shares issued to ChargaCard at .45c (John owned the company)
Private placement from March 2, 2018 consisting of 8.2m shares at .45c
John Eagleton 9.2m
Maria Eagleton 8.8m
Not much has been released with updates in regards to the public market but John's linkedin is the opposite. Someone from Anacap Adviors reached out to him 6 days ago. Coincidence or are these guys ahead of the herd?

Back when the Crypto space was active and booming Cryptonite was a successful company in a very new unheard of niche. The total revenue ending Dec 31 2018 was $1,106,362. John and his team are ahead of the herd and working on perfecting proprietary blockchain software.
CEO John Eagleton is the Chief Technology Officer at $HOC and what lead to the massive run was the release of a decentralized physical oil exchange and I think John will have something similar or bigger in store for his own company.
John wants to raise 3million for blockchain and DeFi endeavours. There will be no problems raising that money with John's connections to the finance world, just look at his resume... for 3 million it has to be something big and with the teams past experience I have no doubt what happened at $HOC will happen to $INTL.
