The company is basically broke. They had about $44,000 in the bank as of Dec 31st 2023. They will have to raise money soon so look for a cheap financing. The company had very little positive to report

Not exactly.Barely trades(not a Liquid stock) They lost .03 per share last filing - on a huge drop in revenue. With just over 50 mil issued incl options already out-one has to be cautious investing

I see our President Joel Shacker was selling shares in December and coincidently he was selling after the news release in December that caused the stock to spike.

I see Joel Shacker, COOL's CEO sold 50,000 shares earlier in August. You would think he would be a buyer not a seller if he thought COOL was going to do well.
