i dont see many companies do this after attention comes to their company. These guys certainly do. Momentum stalled again

When any stock makes a large daily gain - especially when the rest of the sector is tanking - the company SHOULD make an announcement like this, and is often told to by the exchange. Pretty standard press release that I have seen many times before (often followed by very good news in the not too distant future...) BB

Completely normal any company that does unusual volume with a 30% uptick gets asked by the exchange for clarification. Yes is normallly followed by good news in the near term . Games a foot on premarket ,looks like the traders are here in full force now . Good luck longs should be a exiting day

Agreed. This is quite common. MMJ did this right before it exploded as well. Typically (and for the better) perhaps news leaked and they wanted to cover their bottoms. Either way glad to see LIB is taking off. GL

no .mattica had alot more in their nr 8 days ago than what we got. Liberty did this over a month ago with no big NR following it. Could be the market noticing

I think the one 8 days ago Matica thought it was because of all those new shares on the market.....I was thinking about the similar release when it was still in the single digits right before it announced it had acquired the late state applicant. Hahah we all know news is sooo close. we have waited this long but Im sure we would love a early Christmas/hanukkah/kwanzaa whatever, gift.

Agreed was in MMJ when that happened.. This year license for Xmas for Liberty , next year revenue for x mas, the year after that I'm buying myself a Hennessy Venom from my profit off this stock ! Lol
