prob to 18 cents. Back to 30 before legalization hits on october then back down to 12 to 15 cents in tax lpss seadon in december. But others have this at a dollar or 2 dollars by then. I just do not see it.its a small cap

There are plenty of weed stocks that are doing just fine. The two that I am in (OGI and LIB) are both currently up over 100% on the year. Not sure what else to say about it. Sounds like you entered at the wrong time. That would explain the frustrations for sure.
