the frequency chart shows this started at 0.28 cents or so a year or so ago... how the hell is it here at 0.04?

Double bottom is in, .035 on 30 Nov 2020 and .035 on 31 Dec 2020. Back to .28 cents I hope.

Ok its bouncing along at the .035 bottom. .035 on 30 Nov 2020, 31 Dec 2020, 04 Jan 2021, 08 Jan 2021, 19 Jan 2021 etc. A buying opportunity that won't go away lol.
