Value play

Value play

I've built a position over the last week in Indus. You'd have a hard time finding a better value in the US mj space imo. Per last call they're projecting around 40% growth over last quarter, or around 13M for this quarter, which pegs the run rate over 50M US on a current mkt cap of 38M US for a price to sales ratio of .75. That is the lowest psr I've come across on a fully operational distributor admittedly functioning at only 30 - 40% of current capacity.

A fair comparable for Indus would be Origin house (cresco takeover). OH did 15.8M US last quarter and currently has a  mkt cap of 225M. There is some buyout premium in OH but this is still a significant gap in valuation. Current fair value is probably closer to a 2.5 or 3 psr for Indus or a sp between 4 - 5 imo.

p.s. thanks to Rockmaschine for this one!
