what hasn't he financed lately? The cobalt part of the package is pretty interesting , wont buy any more until the PP closes just in case the refilling is stinkier than it looks.

Financing closes in next couple days...Im buying on financing and my broker has submitted his orders. These refilings are not material or we would already know the underwriter pulled.
