Unbelievable. Even after you posted all of your evidence that Newlox was using cyanide in Costa Rica in a “Merrill Crowe/CIL” circuit, you are now claiming that Prof. Veiga’s admission to the use of cyanide is wrong?? For anyone interested, tracking down the actual legislation in Costa Rica, which is currently in the process of amendment, will help you to figure out what, exactly, is going on. The DGM and its Director plays an important role here, as does the role of the cooperative of artisanal miners
