The BCSC issues CTOs when companies are late filing their annual financials. Information on CTOs is published on the Company’s CSE website as well as SEDAR. you can review the public notice if CTO at this site:

The auditing company is behind schedule but are being pushed to work fast.we expect them to be done very soon but they will not tell me a firm date. I am currently travelling but pushing them as much as can be done.
