This means that in Brazil all the large companies will be forced to use Newlox techniques for tailings and Newlox will get a royalty and this will likely become a global requirement as more countries catch on.

That's quite the jump to make.

At no point in any company release have they discussed a royalty structure or sale of thier technology that I'm aware of. And I don't think there's any indication of a mining company hooking up with Newlox, all they have discussed is going through old mining tailings of former 'artisanal' mines, I haven't heard anything about them being in current production sites owned any other miners, just property owners.

All the article discusses is 2 potential locations that they are investigating feisability...

Also that line you are reading into is kind of a throw away line in company speak. This is the 3 section statement with that line included. It's a bit convoluted in that it doesn't really identify if it is Newlox's research team or NAP's and in its placement it seems like it's referring to NAP more than Newlox. I would like more clarification before jumping off the deep end.

'The Company has entered the Brazilian market, where it intends to develop precious metals projects in partnership with local artisanal miners, focussing on environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG).

Newlox Gold is working in partnership with NAP.Minerao/USP , the centre for small-scale responsible mining at the University of So Paulo, Brazil. The partnership will support sustainable development within the vast Brazilian artisanal mining sector and support research, training, and education while fostering responsible management of mine development and governance.

The research team engages and collaborates closely with both artisanal mining cooperatives and associations as well as conventional mining companies. Additionally, on a broader front, NAP.Minerao maintains artisanal mining-related collaborations with national and international institutions such as research agencies, mining cooperatives, universities, and government agencies.'

I'd think that if a major miner had an interest in the Newlox technology, they would just buy them out very easily at the cheap current market price.
