$LVT will use the compounding capabilities of this pharmacy to build its own drug brands.
$LVT will pay $306K in cash to acquire this share of the pharmacy using its current cash reserves.
The pharmacy's current owner/operator will join $LVT and help with operations across Levitee’s Alberta assets, which include 3 specialized and 5 addiction-focused clinics.
