$LVT provides update on acquisition strategy Yesterday, Levitee Labs Inc. ( $LVT.C $LVTTF ) provided insight on their integrated acquisition strategy for their pain & addiction services, and it's looking promising.
$LVT has acquired five addiction clinics and three specialized pharmacies as well as a tech company. Together all of these assets treat tens of thousands of Canadian patients with addiction, and chronic pain.
Additionally $LVT has signed a letter of intent for a controlling interest in a compounding pharmacy in Calgary that has a focus on addiction.
Significantly, in yesterday's update, $LVT clarified that going forward their strategy is to focus on continuing to acquire cash flow generating pain and addiction clinics and pharmacies.
$LVT is striving to eventually develop a fully integrated mental healthcare platform which will provide multidisciplinary care via a home care model which will include alternative and psychedelic medicines.
