LVT leveraging loan to acquire more assets.

Levitee Labs Inc. ( $LVT.C $LVTTF ) is a psychedelic-focused company with several assets (mostly in Alberta Canada) including pharmacies and mental-health treatment centres. 


$LVT has entered into a $12M financing agreement With RiverFort Global. 


They will use the $12M loan to acquire several assets including clinics, pharmacies, and other mental health spaces as well as for general operating purposes.
