I am one of long time investors and watching this stock

I am one of long time investors and hope some good news keep coming. I watching this stock for some time, there is one thing very strange that everybody should pay attention to. It looks like a cibc person keep watch the stock and selling 1000 shares at last second all the time to bring the close price down since last year. I do not know What’s the point in that????? It is programing to do that or not.
