So I claim for myself I know what I'm doing here...
Please everybody be aware of what is happening here.
There are substantial reasons why they need to go with that "crowd funding" bullshit...simply because no serious investor wants to deal with the management team and the share structure underlying....
Please also if you are a active and smart investor ask yourself about the timing of news releases...there is a very evident correlation between all those "non content" news releases and the expiry date of the PP escrows...this is all a legal scam my friends ;)
And yes legal scams can be fine...if you are in early and out late...thats what i partly did here.
And yes legal scams are even better when you can do this twice...and that y I want to see the stock price demolished to see whether they can repeat it and I take my share out of it...
How ever...everybody who is a serious longterm investor and wants to avoid lame ducks and dodgy investements...and want to sleep quite without having to worry about their money.
You go with the industry leaders and avoid stocks like True Leaf.
And last but not least...who ever thinks they will get a license soon should make a better DD on who the license system works...they DO NOT even have a property yet..and are miles away from having facilites and other necessary regulatory requirements.
And until ALL THIS will happen Mr. Bomford will take warm bath in the pet food your money is producing for him...xD
Actually I heard a romour that he seems to own a packaging manufactory somewhere in asia which is producing the packing for the True leaf products...
People all your hard earned money is leaking into his and his freinds pockets by diverse legal ways...
Common and wake up this STOCK is a GAME FOR PROS :)

Who ever does his/her DD knows that there are 7,5 million shares coming on the market, on monday (approx. 3mil) and on 13th oct. another approx. 4.5 mil.
This artificial increase we've seen the past week was all connected to this. There is coming a bunch of shares to the market. Approx. 10% of the company. As those investors who took place in the PPs have their warrants sitting, and waiting for them. The price of those is 0.45 CAD. There's where we will be hidding from tomorrow onwards...
Do your own maths were you will see the price after 13th of oct.
My next target is 0.45 CAD and depending on supporting insider actions we might even go much lower if the momentum turns.
STILL as others also said before...this Company got nothing than some dodgy pet cr4p with nice packaging everybody can mix in their backyard (Not even a USP on that in any way...)...NO LICENSE, NO FACILITY, and first of all NOT THE FUNDING TO BUILD WHATEVER THEY PROCLAIM TO MAKE YOU ALL RICH.
There so many companies which are much further and they will be the driving production and cash cows of tomorrow MJ market.
There is a reason TLM was one of the first applicants but will be one of the last to MAYBE recieve a license...
When they at some point and maybe will get their license...they will only see the backlights and numberplates of those who are big in business for a few years by then.
Or did you ever hear of a company/brand only coming close to Jack Daniels or JimBeam by copying the same thing a few years later.
Another two questions everybody should ask him/herself:
1: WIll any reasonable and professional investor accept this high percentage of insider ownership which is marketed here as a plus...?
Mr. Bomford already crashed a company years ago due to a dispute with investors...as far as my DD goes at least...
2: AND THIS SEEMS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.
They wanna sell medicinal Marijuana to humans? haha ridicolous...have you ever bought medicinal products from the same company which produces the food for your pets?!?!? THATS a Hell fckin funny joke ;)
I was in here since below 0.10....I'm happy to have been riding this gamble till the very stage now and are thankful to the TLM Team for such a profound stock price managemend. Could have made some more but I'm happy for what I got. Did not hit all highs in selling...
I might get in again around 0.30 and lower.
To all others...check your thoughts on what is happening here...dont get greedy and realize the money you deserved by taking those risks to invest here. You will easily find new and better investments in comparison to the current levels here.
. Whoever stays...can only loose from this point onwards for at least the next 12 month.
