Can you explain on a fact based discussion why this stock should be undervalued?
I see a company with no hard material values...some decent amount of loss and a lot of hot air blown into it.
On the positive side they have a cash pile of round about 2 million at the time speaking.
This is not even enough to buy the property they would like to...this is further more definetly not enough to build a facility...
what all in consequence means they are miles away from an inspection for the licence...and even ruther away to finaly get a license...this will take - if they get it at all - another year or two...
the valuation of approx. 50 million CAD is way overpirced taking those facts into consideration. There are far better stock in the sector with a more porgressiv outcome and betetr valuation.
But I admit...Mr. Bomford is very good and giving people a feeling that his numbers he is talking about are granted...
but in fact it's nothing else than Trump or any other pied piper who is good in talking...the bill will be paid by the ones who do not understand the songs he is playing.
