Update on Building saleWe spoke with Colliers today regarding the investment option on the building or outright purchase. Basically, this could be sold like any property or interested parties are putting in submissions of sort like a bid process that closes November 29 2019. The hope is that multiple companies demonstrate interest and True leaf bring back to the shareholders/board several proposals to look at. Examples provided included existing producers that could utilize infrastructure and possibly joint agreements etc.
So my take is that although not finished quite yet we are in tough and need to hope that some type of JV emerges. On the positive the 5 year sales numbers are considered helpful to any company considering a JV type agreement.
I have call into company regarding a news release or update from company confirming this.
