Let's not forget that the land aquired is 40 acres of industrial zoned land. The ALR is not too receptive to cannibus growing on agricultural land due to the fact that the amount of concrete that has to be used to properly grow cannibus, is not a favorable option. But if your property is zoned industrial, such as True Leaf property, it's not an issue.

a year ago Id have said they resist a merger and continue on with their calling. Now Im not sure and can only hope that is they do the numbers will be good for all.

a well defined business plan extends past the quarterly balance & legacy's are developed over a generation, I am hoping never to have to sell True Leaf and look forward to watching it grow from the beginning and to be rewarded with quarterly dividends once Uplisted. I have 16 years until retirement, that's my timeline..
