RE:RE:Good bye... and the plot thickenes.Yes, the plot does thicken. Intersting the Board Member is still special council for mining affairs pertaining to Domincan Republic. Everton management has not and probably cannot completely disavow of the basis of the promissory note. Would make sense since the note legally is binding upon an ongoing business relationship which will continue up to the point where the note is fulfilled per terms.
All in all, my read is Domincan Republic operations are winding down permanently as far as Everton is concerned and an annoucement that the terms of the note will be fulfilled shortly.
