Please Walk Me Through This

Please Walk Me Through ThisHey guys,

I have been checking out Molecule and Everton Resources for a few weeks trying to decide if I should come in or not.  When I look at Everton's last financials on Sedars.com, what I see is a mismanaged company that was millions in debt.  When I look at Molecule's last financials, I see a company that blew through a lot of money and is currently in a tunitive financial position and there are questions about if the company can continue to be a going concern.  Same CEO for both companies, so same person mismanaging both.  When I read Molecule's own news releases it looks too good to be true.  Can someone walk me through what they see which tells them Molecule has a chance to be successful with this same management group?  I am not knocking them, I am just not seeing the upside here but am hopeful I am missing something which can be pointed out to me.
