RE:I am hoping they all get dragged into court.From all the research from public web sites that track penetration, sales and growth information the beverages are not the issue here. It's all the Fees being paid to insiders, as per their financials the past nine months have seen over a million dollars paid out in some sort of fee. That comes directly out of the coffers and causes a lack of funds needed to keep up with increasing orders and when one looks at the overall increase in beverage sales caused by the rule change it puts them farther behind the eight ball. I shake my head. It's to bad I could have made a mega buck here.
