They won’t even collect the 15% penalty.This does not read well. I am not optimistic on the out come. Less then a coin toss if they get this sorted out. Why did it that so long to announce these issues. The DB was due September 2022. Management is playing the shareholders. Okay they added 2 new SKU's. Won't see them in BC anytime soon.
