Production

Based on research and the govs regs for cleanup between different product runs it's simple to estimate total product production. It takes on average 2.2 hrs to clean up and comply with gov regs before starting the next product run. The total max production for this company in one shift is 17,000 units. If they where to use three shifts they will be able to keep up with the ever increasing orders. down time would depend on the size of each beverage order. To maximize production and cost savings a company usually produces large numbers of stock so as not to get caught without a beverage to fill an order so this down time to clean should have very little effect on sales or filling orders.
