What Do We Know
at present, we know no body has been able to contact the company, we know the team looks like they have walk away from this company ( nolonger listed on the web site ), we know the are late filling their monthly report and if it's not filled real quick the exchange could halt them, we now see penetration numbers are dropping fast. I don't know about the rest of you but this looks like a non functioning company.......................

To me it looks like the company was selling off it's stockpile. One more important bit of info, this is for management. Look under the legal definition of fraud as it pertains to a companies cash !!!!!!!

We are shareholders and never protected on vse such bad law only protects companies we pay pay and pay for really disappointing for our protection sad

Here is something else we do know. The board of directors has to approve any cash withdrawl or cash payment the company makes. The question is did they in regards of consultants fees?
